We were impressed that the absorption of this product has been tested as many supplement suppliers forget to factor absorption into their formulation.
Well this product may seem to have an appealing price of only 40$ a bottle, it is actually more expensive than our top pick in the long run. Each bottle of ForestLeaf NMN contains 60 pills of 175mg each. A serving size is 250mg which means 2 capsules are needed per serving. At this rate, there is a month’s supply in each bottle. However, the manufacturer does state on the label that individuals can take up to 8 capsules a day, meaning that it could take less than a month to consume a whole bottle.
If you were to take 2 servings daily, meaning 4 pills a day, so that you can consume 500mg NMN daily, then a bottle would only last about half a month. This means that you would need to spend $80 a month to take ForestLeaf NMN at an optimal dosage of 500mg. Well this is still cheaper than many NMN supplements out there, it is more expensive than our top pick and requires you to take more pills throughout the day and who wants to feel like they are constantly popping pills?
The first way we can judge efficacy is by the ingredients. With 250mg NMN per serving, we don’t know that it is really enough to experience any benefits. As explained above, there is the option to take multiple servings to get results.
